DevOps Engineer

• Ensure a smooth and efficient deployment process for customers
• Manage the technical action items for each deployment process
• Deploy custom data integration interfaces to a variety of different public safety software systems
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to plan, present, and implement technical data interfaces leveraging ETL fundamentals
• Build and maintain data pipelines against REST and SOAP APIs
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data elements
• Manipulate data structures using JSON, XML, SQL, and CSV formats
• Perform database discovery and navigate complex SQL schema structures
• Lead data quality control validation review sessions
• Integrate with both on-premises and cloud-based database systems
• Collaborate with project management teams to build sustainable deployment processes and infrastructure
• Interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support customers in a technical capacity throughout the customer lifecycle
• Client-facing role requiring regular remote presentations and communication
