Full-stack Engineer

• Troubleshoot agent installation, connectivity, routing, and tunnel issues on Linux
• Diagnose: systemd services, certificates & trust stores, DNS issues, NetworkManager, kernel/module dependencies, firewall rules (iptables / nftables)
• Support headless and GUI Linux environments
• Utilize strong debugging ability with TLS & certificate chains, DNS & routing, SSL/GRE/IPSec VPN behaviours on Linux
• Collaborate on projects requiring GlobalProtect & Prisma Access expertise
• Work with GlobalProtect & system logs
