About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with condominium managers, building managers and property management companies through on-site visits; conduct meetings with them to negotiate and present proposals, and understand their needs and expectations.
- Assess condominium needs and profitability potential and use that analysis to optimize the offering of products/services to increase customer base volume and margins.
- Promote customer satisfaction and retention through solid relationship management and a deep understanding of client needs. Identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently, and gather knowledge about competitors and the market segment.
- Be familiar with the "Vitrine de Ofertas" retention programs to ensure correct application; pay attention to the type of metering used by each condominium and complete all steps of the retention analysis process.
- Request quotes from contracted suppliers to understand pricing and the applicability of current or deferred offers, and assess technical and financial feasibility for all prospective condominiums before assemblies/meetings are held.
- Ensure that all buildings in your portfolio comply with gas installation and usage standards.
- Contribute to customer-base growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients, maximizing company revenue, promoting customer satisfaction, delivering a high-quality experience, and encouraging efficient use of gas services.
- Support execution of long-term contracts and orders within the correct lead times to ensure there are no interruptions in supply.
- Record all negotiations in Salesforce to provide a comprehensive view of customers at every stage.
- Analyze supplier base risks focusing on the seven strategic pillars, keeping data and mitigation plans up to date.
- Understand and maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies to avoid potential legal or contractual issues.
- Participate in the preparation of the Annual Strategic Plan for Categories, contributing to the area’s targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferred fields: Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related areas).
- Preferably enrolled in or completed postgraduate/specialization courses.
- Preferred: advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; experience with ERPs used in the area.
- Experience in related activities.
- Availability to work in the interior of São Paulo — São José dos Campos and surrounding cities.
