About the role
- Structure and manage project schedules, ensuring activities are planned in accordance with the business case.
- Collaborate with IT, data, operations, laboratory, engineering and related teams, ensuring synergy and cooperation across areas.
- Ensure involvement of all stakeholders and suppliers, maintain transparent communication, and ensure all risks are identified, managed and have action plans.
- Monitor and review project and program progress, identify and resolve issues that may arise, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze collected data to identify opportunities for improvement and process optimization. Provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of implemented projects.
- Conduct validations and improvements of processes and systems relevant to the operation and the project in question.
- Support operational analyses and decision-making with clear insights, benefits and impact assessments.
- Develop and track KPIs that measure area performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the financials of the area/project, ensuring compliance with allocated CAPEX for investment.
- Act as the focal point for operational administrative activities, and develop team members by sharing knowledge.
- Report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, safeguarding your and your colleagues' physical safety.
- Prepare executive materials and lead meetings with the executive board to present the progress of projects and initiatives you are involved in.
- Ensure suppliers meet their responsibilities and that delivered products/solutions meet technical specifications and achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
- Stay informed about new market solutions and propose process improvements and innovations. Propose analytical solutions and ensure the application of artificial intelligence in day-to-day operations.
- Participate in training and development offered, aiming for continuous updating of processes, practices, standards and conduct.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed (Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields)
- Preferably enrolled in postgraduate studies or specialization courses in Project Management
- Experience in project management, change management, risk and stakeholder management, process mapping and improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, etc.)
- Desirable: experience interpreting and implementing improvements in procedures and standards, and financial routines
- Availability to work in Ipiranga, São Paulo — 3 days on-site and 2 days remote (home office)
