General

• Answer agency phone calls and monitor voicemail, email, and Text-Em-All messages
• Respond promptly and professionally to clients, families, caregivers, and prospective clients
• Document new client inquiries in the Intake Summary Form and notify the owner
• Coordinate caregiver scheduling, including filling call-offs and open shifts
• Ensure all next-day shifts are fully staffed by the end of each on-call day
• Report client, family, or employee concerns — as well as any incidents — to supervisory staff
• Participate in a weekly client status call with office staff and nurses
