About the role
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs and initiatives aimed at strengthening and spreading the organizational culture and values.
- Coordinate content production for various channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment of tone of voice.
- Manage the internal events calendar, ensuring events serve as opportunities to reinforce culture and engagement.
- Develop supporting materials to help leadership effectively communicate strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in planning and executing Internal Communications;
- Knowledge and hands-on experience implementing culture and engagement strategies.
