About the role
- Extract, clean and integrate data from various HR sources (payroll, benefits, engagement, etc.)
- Ensure quality, consistency and governance of databases
- Automate data pipelines (e.g., Python/SQL)
- Support the structuring of data lakes and datasets for analysis
- Build and maintain executive and operational dashboards (Power BI)
- Develop and update strategic People and ESG indicators (e.g., Turnover, Headcount, Absenteeism, Diversity, Pay Equity, etc.)
- Support organizational diagnostics for business areas and HR Business Partners (BPs)
- Provide actionable insights to leadership and HR Business Partners
- Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) for people data
- Document processes, data sources and calculation logic for indicators and dashboards
- Work in partnership with IT, Data Engineering and Internal People and ESG Consulting teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (completed)
- Data & BI Tools
- - Power BI: building executive and operational dashboards, using DAX and data modeling
- - SQL: for extracting, cleaning and integrating data from different sources (payroll, benefits, engagement, etc.)
- - Python: automation of pipelines, ETL, data analysis and API integration
- - Advanced Excel: support for complementary analyses and validations
- - AWS S3: desirable knowledge in structuring data lakes and datasets
- Governance and Security
- - Practical knowledge of LGPD and information security best practices
- - Experience documenting processes, calculation logic and data sources
- - Familiarity with version control and access management tools (e.g., Git, SharePoint, Confluence)
