About the role

  • Responsible for commercial and technical atendimento to consumers, including ongoing client relationship management, guidance on commercialization strategies, and operational support;
  • Full regulatory management, monitoring obligations with CCEE, ANEEL and ONS, including registrations, inspections, technical data reviews, financial guarantees, contracts and permits;
  • Development of operational and management reports, focused on accounting, financial projections, risk exposure, energy performance, revenue modeling and regulatory indicators;
  • Support and monitoring in the management of commercialization contracts in both free (PPA, bilateral contracts, short- and long-term) and regulated environments (CCEARs, energy auctions, MVE);
  • Participation in monthly routines for accounting, financial settlement and energy metering, including interface with metering agents and analysis of inconsistent data;
  • Analysis of regulatory opportunities and risks, proposing strategies that maximize profitability and ensure plant compliance in both contracting environments;
  • Support for expansion processes and new generation projects, evaluating regulatory feasibility and assisting with qualification for ACR auctions and migration to ACL.
  • Billing processes for clients;
  • Preparation of reports, verification and potential related actions necessary for client measurements in the SCDE system;
  • Internalization of regulatory content of the Brazilian electricity sector;
  • Development of management/control dashboards based on received requirements and data sources.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or related fields.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree
  • Knowledge: English - Intermediate
  • Programming
  • Proven skills and knowledge of energy market concepts
  • Previous experience with Protheus and Glorian/Thunders is a plus.
  • Advanced Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
