About the role

  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in commercial strategies, technical diagnostics, modeling, simulations and the preparation of customized proposals.
  • Conduct technical meetings, workshops and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and traceability of records in the CRM, ticketing and reports.
  • Monitor and report on SLAs, regulatory compliance, technical quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Share technical and regulatory knowledge with the team, propose innovations, and support training and system adoption.
  • Ensure that all system records (Salesforce or Zendesk), ticketing activities and report generation are carried out with the accuracy and within the timelines established by Comerc or requested by clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all company verticals, ensuring strategic alignment across the group.
  • Support the development of partnerships with product areas to create customized client solutions in line with the effort–benefit of the opportunity.
  • Master all solutions of the Comerc Platform, with the ability to involve product-area specialists while retaining responsibility for the proposed solution and leading negotiations.
  • Possess regulatory and sectoral knowledge with a holistic view of the Brazilian power sector, including energy planning, market rules, generation, trading and distribution.
  • Be proficient in all systems, tools and processes used by Comerc for client management, and be able to guide clients in their use to ensure optimal customer service.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office 365; CRM tool (preferably Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of the electric power market and energy solutions (power generation, energy efficiency, energy metering) and sustainability.
  • Understanding of macroeconomics and its implications for industrial segments and economic sectors; project management; people management; cost management; organizational structure; complex negotiations.
  • Preparation and monitoring of budgets; development of business plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree preferred in Business Management, Project Management, Sales Management or related areas.
