About the role
- Support partners/licensees when questions arise, with the aim of facilitating their understanding of the electric power sector;
- Understand economic feasibility analyses, major utilities and their underlying assumptions to assist partners and resolve clients' doubts;
- Conduct meetings with clients and partners via video-conferencing tools to promote new deals and facilitate client understanding and decision-making;
- Perform proposal follow-ups with clients and partners, and participate in negotiations and deal closures together with partners to generate new business for the company;
- Assist with onboarding newly closed clients, if necessary, providing support to the customer service teams to maintain high delivery quality and customer satisfaction;
- Update information in the CRM to ensure smooth communication between the Commercial team and partners, guaranteeing the quality of communication and of short-, medium- and long-term indicators;
- Contribute to occasional improvements of the area's processes through interactions or team meetings to drive productivity gains and greater accuracy in the process;
- Conduct in-person prospecting visits when required, following Comerc's logistical procedures to ensure safe and effective meetings;
- Serve as a point of support and reference for new team members to ensure attention to those starting in the area, in the absence of coordination if necessary;
- Meet individual targets to help ensure the overall team and company goals are achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of the electric power sector.
- Experience in commercial/sales roles.
- Familiarity with sales tools/techniques and negotiation methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
