About the role
- Build exceptional relationships with our high value customer base.
- Become an expert in resolving problems efficiently, utilising CX and other departments.
- Ensure reactivation and retention for the Ontario market.
- Feed in to the future strategy, becoming the voice of the customers and striving for a player led experience.
- Proactively contact customers by phone, email and chat to remove pain points in their activity, highlight safer gambling tools, fulfil AML obligations and gather feedback.
- Provide regular reporting on customer activity whether on an individual, brand or market level.
- Monitor key customer activity, identifying opportunities to improve their experience with the group.
- Plan and execute exciting campaigns to ensure competitiveness and a fair level of reward.
Requirements
- Have native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
- Excel at problem-solving and have a Customer-first mindset
- Have a sales mindset with strong analytical and data-driven skills
- Are passionate about sports, casino, live casino, or other gaming experiences
- Possess strong knowledge of Ontario and US sports, including major local and national leagues (e.g., NHL, NBA, CFL, NFL, MLB)
- Have experience in the gaming industry – a plus, but not mandatory.
