About the role

  • Build exceptional relationships with our high value customer base.
  • Become an expert in resolving problems efficiently, utilising CX and other departments.
  • Ensure reactivation and retention for the Ontario market.
  • Feed in to the future strategy, becoming the voice of the customers and striving for a player led experience.
  • Proactively contact customers by phone, email and chat to remove pain points in their activity, highlight safer gambling tools, fulfil AML obligations and gather feedback.
  • Provide regular reporting on customer activity whether on an individual, brand or market level.
  • Monitor key customer activity, identifying opportunities to improve their experience with the group.
  • Plan and execute exciting campaigns to ensure competitiveness and a fair level of reward.

Requirements

  • Have native-level proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Excel at problem-solving and have a Customer-first mindset
  • Have a sales mindset with strong analytical and data-driven skills
  • Are passionate about sports, casino, live casino, or other gaming experiences
  • Possess strong knowledge of Ontario and US sports, including major local and national leagues (e.g., NHL, NBA, CFL, NFL, MLB)
  • Have experience in the gaming industry – a plus, but not mandatory.
