• Manage and maintain Jira boards across multiple squads

• Manage content scheduling, including publish and unpublish timing

• Ensure the reliability, usability, and operational effectiveness of digital products across all platforms
• Own and execute user acceptance testing across all platforms, including mobile, web, and connected TV devices
• Develop and maintain test plans and test cases for new features and releases
• Validate functionality, usability, and performance prior to release
• Conduct regression testing to ensure stability across updates
• Validate product behavior across devices, operating systems, and environments
• Configure and manage product settings, content configurations, and system parameters as needed
• Partner with engineering teams to triage and resolve issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase reliability
• Support release readiness by validating product and content from a technical and user perspective.
