About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and manage a portfolio of 125+ international major-gift supporters and prospects.
Meet an annual goal exceeding $5M through major gifts, stock gifts, donor-advised funds, and other philanthropic vehicles.
Develop donor-centric moves-management plans and coordinate strategic asks.
Proactively identify and cultivate prospective supporters.
Develop a travel and meeting strategy across assigned territories.
Represent Come and See at donor meetings and events.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7–10+ years of direct major-gift fundraising, with proven success securing five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts.
Demonstrated success in international major-gift fundraising.
Experience in nonprofit, faith-based, or mission-driven organizational development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
