About the role

  • Senior Business Consultant delivering Infor M3 projects with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Design, implement and optimise customer order management, distribution, and financial integration workflows
  • Work with UK and international clients to improve efficiency, compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Client-facing role influencing clients’ digital transformation journeys
  • Contribute to wider projects across Finance, Supply Chain and Procure-to-Pay as needed
  • Home-based with required travel to client sites or Columbus offices; onsite time planned in 2-week blocks
  • Hybrid working with expectation to attend office and team meetings periodically

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering full lifecycle Infor M3 ERP implementations in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
  • Experience with customer order management, pricing, invoicing, and AR integration
  • Experience as a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
  • Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
  • Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite with clients as required
  • Curious and willing to challenge the status quo
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external colleagues
