About the role
- As a Senior Business Consultant specialising in Customer Order Management (COM), you'll play a key role in delivering transformative Infor M3 projects focused on optimising the way businesses manage orders, pricing, invoicing, and order-to-cash processes.
- You will work with UK and international clients to design, implement, and enhance their customer order workflows, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with business objectives.
- Your expertise in COM will directly influence customer satisfaction, cash flow, and operantional effecincy.

- We continue to offer our customers onsite consultancy time if requested, so flexibility around travel and overnight stays is expected, dependent on the project requirements.
- Onsite time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, so you know well in advance where you will be working.
- We encourage those in customer-facing roles to aim to come into the office at least once a month, and also team meetings and client meetings; however, you can work from Nottingham HQ or any Cubo office regularly if you prefer, whichever suits you.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle for Infor M3 ERP implementations in Customer Order Management covering, order entry and processing, pricing and discounts, delivery and shipment management, invoicing and AR integration.
- Experience with being a client-facing consultant within a partner environment
- Understanding of end-to-end business process flows across finance
- Ability to configure, test, and deliver robust M3 solutions aligned to business requirements
- Full driver's licence and access to a vehicle
