Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead and steward all financial planning and operations for the organization
• Partner with departmental leads to align financial resources with strategic goals
• Oversee all aspects of the accounting team including general ledger accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow and forecast
• Create and implement annual budgeting process
• Coordinate all audit activity and communication with independent auditors
• Manage employee benefit programs in collaboration with HR
• Develop accounting department goals and performance objectives
