Analyst

• Identify and source land and power opportunities within your assigned regional territory through direct outreach, broker relationships, public filings, utility data, and creative off-market prospecting.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active opportunities including sites with pending or approved interconnection applications, land options at risk, and landowners seeking a development partner or exit.
• Conduct initial site screening against Colovore's development criteria including power availability, substation proximity, transmission access, zoning, and site constraints.
• Develop relationships with landowners, developers, real estate brokers, utility representatives, local economic development agencies, and municipal planning offices.
• Maintain accurate and current deal tracking across your territory, reporting pipeline status, deal terms, and site assessment findings on a regular cadence.
• Represent Colovore at regional industry events, broker meetings, and community engagements to build brand presence and deal flow in your territory.
• Collaborate with Colovore's senior acquisition personnel to move qualified opportunities through the acquisition process efficiently.

Site Acquisitions Analyst

Systems Engineer

• The Engineer, Access Control Systems is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security access control systems across Colovore's data center sites and construction projects.
• This role partners closely with Facilities, Construction, Operations, Engineering, IT, Network, Compliance and vendor teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable access control solutions.
• The position combines system design, programming, installation, integration, and quality control in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

Access Control Systems Engineer

Manager

• Lead preconstruction efforts for new data center developments, expansions, and retrofits.
• Manage the creation of project budgets, cost models, rough-order-of-magnitude (ROM) estimates, and detailed take-offs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestone plans, and procurement timelines.
• Conduct constructability reviews, value engineering analyses, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and internal teams to refine scopes, align on design intent, and resolve technical questions.
• Lead design review meetings, ensuring accuracy, feasibility, and cost alignment.
• Identify and prequalify contractors, consultants, and vendors for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate bid processes, including issuing RFPs, analyzing proposals, and supporting contract award recommendations.
• Own preconstruction cost planning, tracking, benchmarking, and estimating accuracy.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready reports, summaries, and recommendations for leadership.

Manager, Preconstruction

• Develop and manage comprehensive commissioning plans and schedules across MEP and IT systems
• Define and oversee testing protocols, including factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), and integrated systems testing (IST)
• Coordinate closely with contractors, OEM vendors, and third-party commissioning agents
• Lead end-to-end testing of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, life safety, and controls
• Validate uptime and reliability standards (e.g., Tier III/Tier IV, where applicable)
• Maintain all commissioning documentation, including test scripts, results, and issue logs
• Track and manage deficiencies (punch list items) through resolution
