About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs
  • Build recruiting roadmaps for high-volume and hard to fill roles
  • Establish performance metrics and ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical roles
  • Create scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and standards
  • Implement best practices for candidate evaluation, interviewing, and selection
  • Manage ATS performance and enhancements
  • Analyze recruiting data, create dashboards, and deliver insights to executive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Coordinate and support the organization’s Internship Program
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support intern engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities
  • Advance employer branding initiatives
  • Improve candidate experience through streamlined communication and efficient assessment practices

Requirements

  • One (1) year of successful talent acquisition
  • ATS software and HRIS proficiency
  • Paylocity preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral based assessments and interviews
  • Predictive Index experience a plus
  • Compliance knowledge, multi-state experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable
  • Pass background check and drug screening
  • Stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
  • Be able to manage a variety of stressful situations
  • Some travel by car and occasionally by airplane
  • Ability to train and attend meetings in Wilkes-Barre, PA
