About the role
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs
- Build recruiting roadmaps for high-volume and hard to fill roles
- Establish performance metrics and ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for leadership and critical roles
- Create scalable recruiting processes, workflows, and standards
- Implement best practices for candidate evaluation, interviewing, and selection
- Manage ATS performance and enhancements
- Analyze recruiting data, create dashboards, and deliver insights to executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Coordinate and support the organization’s Internship Program
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support intern engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities
- Advance employer branding initiatives
- Improve candidate experience through streamlined communication and efficient assessment practices
Requirements
- One (1) year of successful talent acquisition
- ATS software and HRIS proficiency
- Paylocity preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral based assessments and interviews
- Predictive Index experience a plus
- Compliance knowledge, multi-state experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and insurable
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Stand, sit, and walk for long periods of time
- Be able to manage a variety of stressful situations
- Some travel by car and occasionally by airplane
- Ability to train and attend meetings in Wilkes-Barre, PA
