- Color Health is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering high-quality, physician-led multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic Finance team at Color Health. Role focuses on designing, executing, and scaling revenue accounting operations, building infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and compliance in revenue recognition, automating processes, and providing insightful analysis.
Requirements
- 5+ years of total accounting experience, with at least 2 years in corporate accounting. Strong revenue accounting experience, with practical knowledge of ASC 606. Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, billing, and collections operations. Cash management, banking, and treasury experience are a plus. CPA preferred. Experience in startups strongly preferred; healthcare industry experience is a plus. Proficiency with NetSuite ERP. Experience with grant accounting and compliance is a plus. Skilled at building processes from scratch, designing scalable systems, and improving efficiency. Strong communicator who can explain complex accounting topics to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and relentless in the pursuit of operational excellence. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities.
