• Develop and lead the execution of a recruitment strategy for all assigned requisitions, including specialized recruitment for sales positions across business units.
• Build relationships with sales leadership across various business areas of the Coloplast Group.
• Review resumes of direct applicants and continuously update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) throughout the recruiting process.
• Conduct virtual or phone interviews with candidates and provide guidance to hiring managers on moving candidates through the process.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Talent Acquisition to manage the logistical aspects of the hiring process.
• Partner with HR Managers and hiring leader to generate and deliver candidate offers.
