About the role
- Responsible for high volume of outbound activities (phone, email, etc.)
- Effectively educate consumers and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Communicate and work as a team with the DtC Sales Reps
- Meeting established outbound objectives and metrics
- Accurately and thoroughly document each end user conversation in Comfort Medical systems per standard department procedures.
- Responsible for data quality, including self-audit work.
- Demonstrate a superior attitude and represent the Coloplast/Comfort Brand
- Utilize available resources to stay current with company products and operations
- Support Cross Functional needs
Requirements
- Associates degree or experience to match, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service/call center experience, outbound preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule from 8am-6pm CST M-F
- Computer, CRM, and data entry experience
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
- High level of enthusiasm drive and determination
- Self-motivated and able to remain focused independently
- Time management and ability to multitask a must.
