About the role

  • Responsible for high volume of outbound activities (phone, email, etc.)
  • Effectively educate consumers and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
  • Communicate and work as a team with the DtC Sales Reps
  • Meeting established outbound objectives and metrics
  • Accurately and thoroughly document each end user conversation in Comfort Medical systems per standard department procedures.
  • Responsible for data quality, including self-audit work.
  • Demonstrate a superior attitude and represent the Coloplast/Comfort Brand
  • Utilize available resources to stay current with company products and operations
  • Support Cross Functional needs

Requirements

  • Associates degree or experience to match, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service/call center experience, outbound preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule from 8am-6pm CST M-F
  • Computer, CRM, and data entry experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills
  • High level of enthusiasm drive and determination
  • Self-motivated and able to remain focused independently
  • Time management and ability to multitask a must.
