About the role
- Service customers via inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services
- Handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner
- Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and route for follow up
- Respond appropriately to customers’ questions and resolve inquiries
- Complete and/or update all pertinent records in Brightree
- Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings
- Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead
- Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
- Exceed Quality and Quantity Performance Standards
- Set a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures
- Supportive in assisting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completion of tasks, continued training, etc
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers
- Available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position
- Responsible for following good housekeeping and quality procedures
- Follow and observe all safety practices
- Additional duties required as directed by departmental management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in the field
- Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales
- English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- DME experience
- Brightree experience
- Call center experience a plus as position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
