About the role
- Conduct customer outreach and contact potential new customers
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to DME products
- Process existing customer sales orders
- Train on Atos Medical’s medical devices to provide technical support
- Collaborate with Logistics, Insurance, and Accounting Departments for timely deliveries
Requirements
- Enrolled in a post-secondary program in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- GPA of 3.0+
- Junior or Senior status as of March 2026
- 3-6 months of customer service and/or sales experience OR related course work
