About the role

  • Overall responsibility for Market Access, Health Economics, Payer Management, Regulatory Affairs and Public Affairs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Develop and implement the German payer and health economics strategy to ensure optimal reimbursement and market conditions
  • Establish and maintain strategically relevant relationships with health insurers, authorities, associations, policymakers and other stakeholders
  • Manage pricing strategies and reimbursement processes
  • Ensure the reimbursability of Coloplast products
  • Responsible for contractual relationships with private and statutory health insurers
  • Represent Coloplast in relevant committees, associations and within the German healthcare context
  • Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team and work closely with Marketing, Sales and central corporate functions
  • Develop health-economic approaches and foundations to further grow the homecare market
  • Act as the interface to relevant departments at the headquarters in Denmark

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (preferably in Health Economics, Public Health or Health Sciences)
  • Several years of experience in the German healthcare market, particularly in dealing with health insurers, regulation and strategic payer management
  • Proven leadership experience in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations
  • Deep understanding of German care and reimbursement structures as well as current regulatory developments
  • Solid knowledge of health economics, data analysis and interpretation of scientific studies
  • Strong commercial mindset, customer orientation and effective stakeholder and negotiation management skills
  • Business-fluent in German and English
