About the role

  • Shape marketing strategy and implement portfolio initiatives.
  • Lead the team responsible for the OC portfolio of Mature and Supporting Products.
  • Maintain momentum across product portfolio, build strong brands, and deliver impactful launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and respond to growth opportunities and develop state of the art marketing initiatives.
  • Grow the capabilities and competencies of your team and provide the support needed for success.
  • Collaborate across teams, functions, and markets.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in economics or marketing or similar
  • 5-10+ years of business experience within Global/Local/Strategic Marketing
  • Experience in people management and in Health Care is an advantage
  • Experience in leading large complex projects in a global/local organisation
  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with extensive experience within marketing, communication and brand management
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish not a requirement.
