About the role
- Shape marketing strategy and implement portfolio initiatives.
- Lead the team responsible for the OC portfolio of Mature and Supporting Products.
- Maintain momentum across product portfolio, build strong brands, and deliver impactful launches and marketing campaigns.
- Identify and respond to growth opportunities and develop state of the art marketing initiatives.
- Grow the capabilities and competencies of your team and provide the support needed for success.
- Collaborate across teams, functions, and markets.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics or marketing or similar
- 5-10+ years of business experience within Global/Local/Strategic Marketing
- Experience in people management and in Health Care is an advantage
- Experience in leading large complex projects in a global/local organisation
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with extensive experience within marketing, communication and brand management
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Danish not a requirement.
