About the role
- Promote and increase knowledge and usage of Bowel Care products and solutions in Hospitals and Community Care
- Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts
- Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels; Specialist, Nurses, Doctors, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders
- Educate end users and health professionals on Bowel Care products via phone or in-person sessions
- Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan
- Meet KPIs around activity and objectives
- Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualifications and current, valid AHPRA registration
- Clinical nursing experience, preferably in relevant specialty (e.g. Bowel & Colo-rectal)
- Strong drive, ambition and flexible approach to the role
- Tenacity, passion and hunger for growth and results
- Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve targets
- Clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- A team player.
