About the role
- Advising, supporting and caring for people who rely on medical devices
- Advising patients, physicians and nursing staff in hospitals
- Ensuring patient care in the home environment
- Representing our company and our services in hospitals, medical practices and care facilities; actively acquiring and maintaining customers
- Monitoring key performance indicators and deriving and implementing measures
- Instructing medical personnel in medical facilities or nursing services in the use of medical devices
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a (paediatric) nurse, registered nurse, geriatric nurse or health care specialist
- Ideally, additional certifications in urology/stoma therapy and/or continence management (care specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing field
- Solid expertise in the relevant indications and supply areas
- Initial experience in conducting training sessions and/or presentations is an advantage
- Strong sales and customer orientation as well as a high degree of independence and organizational skills
- Commercial interest and basic numerical literacy as well as MS Office skills
- Team player with very good communication skills
- Goal-oriented and reliable working style combined with a high level of commitment
- Flexibility, openness to change and willingness to travel, as occasional overnight stays in the region may be required
