About the role
- Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care solutions into Hospitals and Community Care.
- Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
- Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels including Nurses, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Regularly present and promote products and their applications.
- Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
- Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
- Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.
Requirements
- Energetic, passionate and innovative sales professional
- Background as a hospital sales representative or clinical position
- Comfortable interacting across different clinical environments
- Active member in a supportive team
- Ability to build long-term relationships
