About the role

  • Promote and increase knowledge and usage of wound care solutions into Hospitals and Community Care.
  • Manage, develop and grow new and existing customer accounts, including Key Accounts.
  • Build loyal relationships with customers at all levels including Nurses, Procurement and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Regularly present and promote products and their applications.
  • Maintain awareness of all sales opportunities, competitor activity and performance plan.
  • Meet KPIs around activity and objectives.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as required.

Requirements

  • Energetic, passionate and innovative sales professional
  • Background as a hospital sales representative or clinical position
  • Comfortable interacting across different clinical environments
  • Active member in a supportive team
  • Ability to build long-term relationships
