About the role
- Provide high-quality administrative and executive support to the Senior Vice President and the GQRAS Management Team.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across global functions.
- Approve GQRAS invoices in Alusta.
- Assist in creating high quality, professional PowerPoint presentations.
- Draft announcements, newsletters and communication material.
- Plan and coordinate key GQRAS meetings and events.
- Maintain organisation charts, mailing groups and internal platforms.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a global or corporate setting.
- Strong organisational, communication and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
- Experience with Concur, Alusta and digital collaboration tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion and reliability.
