About the role

  • Disciplinary and functional leadership of a team consisting of Account Managers and Care Specialists
  • Define clear objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide continuous coaching to the team
  • Plan, organize and implement sales training and development measures (e.g., selling techniques, communication skills, negotiation, market and product knowledge)
  • Actively acquire new customers in hospitals and care facilities providing out-of-hospital intensive care
  • Establish and develop sustainable customer relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategically develop existing customers with a focus on growth and long-term retention
  • Identify market and growth opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Work closely with adjacent internal departments (e.g., Sales Excellence, Marketing, Inside Sales, Product Management, Commercial Excellence)
  • Implement central sales initiatives and campaigns at the regional level

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in healthcare, nursing or hospital settings
  • Extensive experience in new customer acquisition and in the structured development and expansion of markets
  • Analytical skills and a strong understanding of KPI-based sales management
  • Proven leadership experience in managing sales staff
  • Ability to recognize market opportunities and independently derive appropriate measures
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with employees and customers
  • Resilience, flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Openness to change and continuous personal development
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
