About the role

  • Business Partner as well as commercial advisor to the management team and sales managers for the therapy areas Ostomy & Continence Care.
  • Overall responsibility for managing processes to increase sales efficiency as well as business processes and the go-to-market strategy overall.
  • Commercial management of targets, and translation into clear action recommendations for the sales organization including subsequent execution tracking.
  • Responsible for ad-hoc analyses, standard reporting, and commentary on business development as the basis for recommendations to management.
  • Preparation of business cases and support for cross-functional, strategic projects.
  • Monitoring Sales Force Effectiveness KPIs and optimizing individual sales territories.
  • Responsible for implementing processes, tools and methods to manage sales and marketing activities.
  • Responsible for sales incentive programs and their calculation.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or a related field
  • Solid professional experience in business controlling or internal consulting in an international corporate environment – alternatively comparable experience in a management consultancy
  • Strategically oriented personality with excellent analytical skills as well as communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident experience in stakeholder management (local and international)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and ideally good knowledge of Salesforce.com and Power BI
  • Fluent German and business fluent English.
