About the role
- Independently manage the full spectrum of personnel administration
- Record and maintain employee data in the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and maintain timekeeping records
- Support in pre-payroll / payroll preparation
- Draft employment contracts, contract amendments and references, and handle certificates and notifications
- Cooperate with employee representatives / works council
- Monitor and organize occupational health check-ups
- Coordinate and book internal and external training measures
- Support onboarding and deliver HR training for employees
- Assist in the preparation of KPIs, analyses and statistics
- Plan, coordinate and schedule, and participate in recruitment and selection processes
- Advise and support managers and employees in all HR-related processes across the employee lifecycle
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with additional HR qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Word and Excel) as part of your daily toolkit
- Experience with HR systems, including SAP, and time tracking systems is desirable
- Structured, careful and service-oriented working style
- Team player, discrete and highly responsible
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
