About the role
- Advising, supporting and caring for people who rely on medical aids
- Advising patients, physicians and nursing staff in the clinic from the pre-operative phase through to ensuring post-discharge home care
- Coordinating the transition of patients discharged from hospitals, other institutions or intermediaries
- Representing the company and its service areas in hospitals and care facilities, actively acquiring and maintaining customer relationships
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and deriving and implementing appropriate measures
- Instructing medical professionals in healthcare facilities or nursing services on the correct use of medical aids
- Working in local regions to ensure short travel distances and regional support
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a (pediatric) nurse, general/registered nurse, geriatric nurse, or health care professional
- Ideally, additional specialist training in urology, stoma therapy and/or continence management (nursing specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in homecare field service, preferably in the stoma and/or continence segments
- Strong specialist knowledge in the relevant indications and care areas
- Initial experience in delivering training sessions and/or presentations is an advantage
- Strong sales and customer orientation as well as a high degree of independence and organizational skills
- Commercial interest and basic numeracy, as well as MS Office skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented and reliable work style combined with a high level of commitment
- Flexibility, willingness to embrace change, and readiness to travel
