About the role

  • Works with Region’s field sales team to maximize penetration into key accounts
  • Manages specific strategic accounts and partners with Regional Director and Area Director
  • Develops account-level strategies targeting healthcare organizations
  • Coordinates contract additions with IDN Enterprise and Contracting team
  • Partners with senior Sales leadership to identify opportunities for innovative partnerships
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of political climate, market trends and contracting needs
  • Conducts regular business reviews
  • Builds account-level strategies to maximize adoption of Kerecis and Coloplast products
  • Achieves management by objective (MBO) targets and goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 5 years of related experience in healthcare medical device industry
  • Track record of successful strategic selling into healthcare organizations
  • Relevant advanced degrees and/or healthcare certifications preferred
  • Strong, established relationships with hospitals in designated Area
