About the role

  • Lead and manage global projects from the Tatabánya site in collaboration with the Danish headquarters and local production sites.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to budget and resource plans.
  • Lead the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the improvement of SVS Project Management processes.
  • Achieve the key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.

Requirements

  • College or university degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both your native language and English.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Relevant background with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and a holistic perspective.
  • Experience in project management and lean methodologies.
  • Experience working with international companies.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20 days per year.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a cooperative working style.
  • Some experience in managing international, cross-functional, and cross-cultural projects (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of quality and supply chain processes (nice-to-have).
  • Excellent presentation skills (nice-to-have).
  • Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with MS Project is preferred (nice-to-have).
