About the role

  • Develop our market share by raising awareness of our innovative continence care products among a broad audience.
  • Build long-term commercial relationships by establishing partnerships with your clients.
  • Play a key role in negotiating tenders for the renewal of hospital contracts.
  • Structure your commercial approach in line with our sales model and customer portfolio targeting.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead staff meetings to ensure correct use of our products.
  • Maintain daily records in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
  • Curiosity and commitment.
  • A genuine desire to develop in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (clinical studies, etc.).
