About the role
- Develop our market share by raising awareness of our innovative continence care products among a broad audience.
- Build long-term commercial relationships by establishing partnerships with your clients.
- Play a key role in negotiating tenders for the renewal of hospital contracts.
- Structure your commercial approach in line with our sales model and customer portfolio targeting.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead staff meetings to ensure correct use of our products.
- Maintain daily records in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.
Requirements
- A higher education degree.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
- Curiosity and commitment.
- A genuine desire to develop in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (clinical studies, etc.).
