About the role
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all day-to-day tasks (including order and invoice processing, EDI)
- Optimize and develop processes in Service, EDI, product complaints and Finance
- Take responsibility for product and service complaints as well as quality management requirements
- Manage finance-related tasks (including outstanding receivables and credit policy)
- Serve as the interface to EDC/warehouse and collaborate with relevant teams and departments
- Reporting, monitoring and ensuring KPI achievement
- Lead, develop and onboard the current team of 6 employees.
Requirements
- Completed degree or commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience in inside sales, customer service or operational customer-facing roles
- Solid knowledge of workflow management, ERP systems (preferably Oracle JD Edwards/EnterpriseOne) and Excel
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and communication skills and a high solution orientation
- Experience in project management and leading hybrid teams
- Self-reliant, team-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
