About the role
- Expand our market share by promoting our innovative ostomy care products to a wider audience.
- Establish long-term commercial relationships by building partnerships with your customers.
- Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
- Develop your commercial approach in accordance with our sales model and client portfolio targeting.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and lead staff training sessions to ensure correct use of our products.
- Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.
Requirements
- A higher education degree.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Curiosity and commitment.
- A strong desire to grow in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (e.g., clinical studies).
