About the role

  • Expand our market share by promoting our innovative ostomy care products to a wider audience.
  • Establish long-term commercial relationships by building partnerships with your customers.
  • Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
  • Develop your commercial approach in accordance with our sales model and client portfolio targeting.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and lead staff training sessions to ensure correct use of our products.
  • Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to the Marketing team and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Curiosity and commitment.
  • A strong desire to grow in a scientific environment and to master its conventions (e.g., clinical studies).
