About the role

  • Increase our market share and raise awareness of our innovative ostomy care products.
  • Establish long-term commercial relationships by building partnerships with your clients.
  • Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
  • Develop your commercial approach in line with our sales model and targeted client portfolio.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead staff training sessions to ensure the correct use of our products.
  • Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to Marketing and Sales Management.

Requirements

  • A higher education degree.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
  • Curiosity and commitment.
  • A genuine desire to grow in a scientific environment and to understand its standards (e.g., clinical studies).
