About the role
- Increase our market share and raise awareness of our innovative ostomy care products.
- Establish long-term commercial relationships by building partnerships with your clients.
- Play a key role in tender negotiations for the renewal of hospital contracts.
- Develop your commercial approach in line with our sales model and targeted client portfolio.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and lead staff training sessions to ensure the correct use of our products.
- Maintain daily traceability in our Salesforce CRM and provide regular feedback to Marketing and Sales Management.
Requirements
- A higher education degree.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the hospital sector.
- Curiosity and commitment.
- A genuine desire to grow in a scientific environment and to understand its standards (e.g., clinical studies).
