About the role
- Advising, supporting and caring for people who rely on medical aids
- Representing our company and service areas in hospitals and care facilities, actively acquiring customers and maintaining customer relationships
- Advising patients, physicians and nursing staff in the hospital from the pre-operative phase through to ensuring care at home
- Monitoring key performance indicators and deriving and implementing appropriate measures
- Coordinating the transition of patients discharged from hospitals, other institutions or referred by intermediaries
- Instructing medical staff in healthcare facilities or nursing services on the use of medical aids
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as a (pediatric) nurse, health nurse, geriatric nurse or healthcare professional
- Ideally, additional certified training in urology, stoma therapy and/or continence management (nursing specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in nursing
- Solid specialist knowledge in indication and supply areas
- Initial experience conducting training sessions and/or presentations is an advantage
- Strong sales and customer orientation, high degree of independence and organizational skills
- Interest in business matters and basic numerical literacy, plus MS Office skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Goal-oriented and reliable work style combined with a strong commitment
- Flexibility, openness to change and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays within the region
