Advising, supporting and caring for people who rely on medical aids
Representing our company and service areas in hospitals and care facilities, actively acquiring customers and maintaining customer relationships
Advising patients, physicians and nursing staff in the hospital from the pre-operative phase through to ensuring care at home
Monitoring key performance indicators and deriving and implementing appropriate measures
Coordinating the transition of patients discharged from hospitals, other institutions or referred by intermediaries
Instructing medical staff in healthcare facilities or nursing services on the use of medical aids
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as a (pediatric) nurse, health nurse, geriatric nurse or healthcare professional
Ideally, additional certified training in urology, stoma therapy and/or continence management (nursing specialist)
Several years of professional experience in nursing
Solid specialist knowledge in indication and supply areas
Initial experience conducting training sessions and/or presentations is an advantage
Strong sales and customer orientation, high degree of independence and organizational skills
Interest in business matters and basic numerical literacy, plus MS Office skills
Team player with excellent communication skills
Goal-oriented and reliable work style combined with a strong commitment
Flexibility, openness to change and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays within the region
