About the role
- Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones
- Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
- Allocation of appraisal assignments
- Supervision of trainee appraisers
- Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
- Apply expertise in discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use
- Review industry surveys, benchmarks, economic and demographic trends
- Assist with preparing and presenting results of analysis clearly and concisely
Requirements
- MAI Designation required
- 10+ Years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partners
