About the role

  • Originate new client relationships and foster existing ones
  • Manage team members across geographies to deliver exceptional client service and results
  • Allocation of appraisal assignments
  • Supervision of trainee appraisers
  • Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for corporate clients, REITs, pension funds, lenders, etc.
  • Apply expertise in discounted cash flow, Sales Comparison Approach, Cost Approach, and Highest & Best Use
  • Review industry surveys and economic trends
  • Assist with preparing and presenting results of analysis in a clear manner

Requirements

  • MAI Designation required
  • 10+ Years of related work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree plus completion of advanced appraisal class curriculum (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Team player mentality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent client service across the organization and with external partner
