About the role
- Produce professional client proposals using industry-standard software.
- Work closely with business unit experts to contribute to timely delivery of proposals by writing, researching, editing, coordinating, and formatting content.
- Write case studies, sell sheets, and other collateral to support business development.
- Create professional, high-quality, compelling proposals that effectively educate and inspire customers and prospects.
- Strategically manage proposal response, including writing content and editing submissions.
- Ensure consistent application of Colliers’ standards and brand across communication.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products, including PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in reading and responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and developing proposal submissions and pitch decks.
- Excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- An ability to express ideas and concepts compellingly and convincingly, using text and graphics.
- Self-starter with superior organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, track projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfortable working independently and with a team.
