About the role

  • Execute sales processes from start to finish
  • Work commercially with a focus on offering and acquiring new clients and business
  • Prospect and offer industrial and logistics assets, as well as land for development
  • Monitor the full real estate market cycle
  • Attend property viewings, lead negotiations and close deals
  • Execute asset divestment processes
  • Prepare document analyses, offering presentations, and marketing proposals
  • Generate reports and provide client reporting and accountability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Active CRECI registration - mandatory (non-negotiable)
  • English and Spanish - desirable
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license (CNH) and own vehicle - desirable
  • Knowledge of data analysis in Power BI - desirable
  • Proactivity and ability to analyze and execute complex processes
  • Sense of urgency and commitment
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Assertive communication and interpersonal skills
