About the role

  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies in collaboration with breaking partners.
  • Create and scale co-marketing opportunities within PSA’s approved dealer network.
  • Manage deliverables and cross-functional collaboration with existing and new third-party vendors, contractors, and marketplaces.
  • Plan and execute integrated full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and planned events to drive awareness and submissions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, Creative, and Research teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Establish KPIs, measure impact, and provide regular reporting on partnership performance, ROI, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and sustained growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging partnerships, and competitive activities to inform strategy and positioning.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Experience in collectibles, sports, or enthusiast verticals a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing partnership campaigns from ideation through execution and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
  • Experience in collectibles, trading cards, or sports marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with influencer/breaker platforms & ecosystems is a plus
  • Creative campaign development or agency/vendor management background would be a plus
