About the role

  • Partner with the President of Marketplace and leadership team to improve financial performance understanding
  • Track business performance against budget and provide transparency to business leaders
  • Communicate key financial and operational metrics for strategic decisions
  • Lead FP&A processes for the Marketplace business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions with financial analysis

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of FP&A experience in a high-volume transaction environment
  • At least 5 years of providing FP&A leadership and business partnership guiding critical business decisions on a high growth business
  • Strong financial modeling and business case building skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An experienced people manager with demonstrated ability to effectively manage team priorities/deliverables and coach/develop team members
