About the role

  • Identify, vet, and source partnerships across priority verticals. Assess potential partners based on audience fit, channel performance, and anticipated ROI.
  • Manage and optimize our affiliate program through impact.com, including day-to-day partner support, onboarding, and performance reviews. Coordinate with our agency and internal teams to secure needed assets, messaging, and content.
  • Support the execution of partnership agreements and ensure proper attribution, tracking, and operational alignment. Work cross-functionally to resolve blockers and keep partnerships moving forward.
  • Regularly analyze partnership and affiliate data to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend optimizations. Provide clear reporting on performance and contribution to member growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with active partners and nurture warm prospects. Ensure partners have support, clear expectations, and the materials needed to perform effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth.
  • Background as a top-performing Account Executive with a proven ability to build sales pipeline and close.
  • Startup experience preferred; familiarity with SMB audiences is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, pitch, and manage partnerships end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical skills, including working with large data sets and extracting meaningful insights.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results within tight timelines and limited resources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially when simplifying complex ideas.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to join occasional onsite meetings or partner visits as needed.
