About the role

  • Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations in life sciences (planning, procurement, production, inventory, batch tracking, vendor coordination)
  • Analyze customer processes and data structures; translate them into platform configurations, reports, and workflows
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing operations by validating data, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to define functional requirements grounded in real operational needs
  • Create and maintain operational artifacts: process maps, data dictionaries, functional specifications, and user guides
  • Monitor operational KPIs and data quality; proactively identify risks, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
  • Troubleshoot customer issues related to supply chain data, flows, and reporting
  • Contribute to building reusable templates and best practices across customer implementations.

Requirements

  • MBA in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related specialization from a recognized institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or planning roles
  • Practical exposure to operational workflows such as production planning, inventory management, procurement, or plant operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with structured and semi-structured data
  • High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and working with large datasets
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
