About the role
- Use creators’ YouTube or TikTok videos to create compilation-style short-form videos for YouTube
- Edit compilations in Adobe Premiere (or editing software of choice) with meme-style humor, comedic timing, and trending sound effects
- Cut together reaction content with viral clips and create seamless transitions to make videos engaging and shareable
- Keep everything organized in internal shared docs
- Upload edited videos to YouTube and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Schedule content to maintain consistent channel publishing
- Help brainstorm categories and themes matching each creator’s personality and vibe
- Perform other duties as needed
- Reports to Manager, Audience Growth Strategy
Requirements
- Meme editing skills and extensive knowledge of trending internet culture
- Creative, with a strong sense of humor and comedic timing
- Highly motivated and organized
- Comfortable juggling many clips and repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Passionate about YouTube, TikTok, and short-form video
- Strong familiarity with digital platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, Facebook
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or similar video editing software
- Ability to upload and optimize YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
- Philippines-based candidates only (Philippines Only)
- Bonus: Basic Photoshop skills (for thumbnails)
- Bonus: Experience with YouTube channel management, scheduling, analytics, optimization
- Bonus: Interest in social content strategy and video performance
