• Use creators’ YouTube or TikTok videos to create compilation-style short-form videos for YouTube
• Edit compilations in Adobe Premiere (or editing software of choice) with meme-style humor, comedic timing, and trending sound effects
• Cut together reaction content with viral clips and create seamless transitions to make videos engaging and shareable
• Keep everything organized in internal shared docs
• Upload edited videos to YouTube and optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails
• Schedule content to maintain consistent channel publishing
• Help brainstorm categories and themes matching each creator’s personality and vibe
• Perform other duties as needed
• Reports to Manager, Audience Growth Strategy
